So you’ve got a feel for my funk, have ya? You’re diggin’ my musk? Listed in chronological order below are some other media and mediums where I’ve lifted my leg, feel free to do the same.
I wrote three articles for the Winter Issue of Taste of Squamish Magazine. The first was “Birds and Beers of Winter” highlighting some of Squamish’s heartier winter beverages. The second was “Cider: A Genesis Story” on the creation of the town’s alcoholic establishments with a focus on Cliffside Cider and Northyards Cider. And the third article was titled, “A Walk in the Park” and was about exactly that. The digital version of the magazine can be found here.
On October 20th I attended the British Columbia Beer Awards, did a little live-streaming, and filmed a video for the BCBA’s YouTube channel with the help of Charlie Beerling. You can find the video here.
I wrote an article for What’s Brewing Magazine’s Fall Issue called, “Harvesters of Beer” about The Beer Farmers brewery in Pemberton, BC. You can find a digital version of the article here.

It was called, “Sea to Sky Beer on the BC Ale Trail” and featured interviews with Backcountry Brewing’s John Folinsbee, Coast Mountain Brewing’s Kevin Winter and The Beer Farmer’s Will Miller. It’s available for viewing on Shaw TV Sea to Sky’s YouTube Channel, their Facebook Page, or on SHAW TV’s website.

The second article was my “Beer Picks of Summer” and the third was called, “Skatepark Stories”, highlighting the town’s park and its importance to the community. Taste of Squamish Magazine can be found digitally here.

I wrote my first article for What’s Brewing Magazine, as their Sea to Sky Correspondent. The article was called, “Sea to Sky 101: A HWY 99 Primer” and there was a brewery spotlight on A-Frame Brewing. You can find it here.
I went down to Pac Rim HQ in East Van to do an episode of my buddy Dan & Garret’s “Labels Out” Podcast. Alex, The Flying Beer Girl was also in attendance and we drank some beer and had some laughs. You can find the footage here, but it’s from my phone and not that great. I have a better copy that I’ll put out sooner or later.
